You are also focusing on the horse race and not the consequences of the election. I thought you could further develop the paragraph:

"They know their choices. Both Trump and Biden have been president. So they know how each one performed/behaved as president. And in Trump’s case, they also know what he has been like since he left office."

There is no mention that we also know what Trump is planning if he is returned to office. It is NOT the same as what he did before, when he surrounded himself with more traditional Republican staffers who at times acted as guard rails.

The plans outlined in Project 2025 are the stuff of nightmares. More people need to see reporting on these authoritarian plans!

I'm a double hater and I don't know what to do... I've always believed the lesser of two evils is still evil, so to speak. However, I can't fathom an impeached sex offender president becoming re-relected, so I might have to hold my nose and vote for Biden. I'm undecided at this point.

Dave,

Here is something that I know that has probably been asked and answered, but I would like to know what your take on this is. There's a pool of people out there that believe that the 2020 election was stolen. If the Democrats win this year and Joe Biden is back in the White House, will that pool continue to say that it is a stolen election? If the Republicans win and Donald Trump is in the White House then is that considered a non-stolen election?

Looking forward to your response!

Great question. Iowa Republican leaders have failed to work to alleviate concerns of Republicans who believe Trump's unfounded claims about massive voter fraud that cost him the election. That's allowed these conspiracy theories to fester and sow doubt. It's been 3 1/2 years since that election and Trump failed to prove his case in court. But if Trump wins in 2024, then the election deniers will believe in elections again? I really don't know but I assume that they won't be talking about it as much...because I assume Trump won't be talking about it as much.

I’m hearing from lots of “double haters” that they just won’t vote, which is something else to consider.

Not hard to see "double haters" when you have someone who wants a "get out of jail free card", and intends to do whatever I want after the fact faced against someone who simply can't abandon a foreign policy that allows a state to murder thousands of woman and children with weapons we supply them with!
